We humans are wired to crave control, We want to know what’s going to happen next, and we want to make sure that everything goes according to plan. But what happens when we try to control things that are simply beyond our control? It creates a sense of insecurity that can be overwhelming and lead us to become control freaks. When we try to control these things, we create a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety for ourselves, and it can negatively impact our relationships.
